Paid products
Some products available through this website as part of the service are subject to a fee. Prices, terms, and other conditions applicable to the purchase of such products are described below. For further information, please refer to this website and the relevant sections. To make a purchase, users must register or log in via an existing user account.
Product Description
Prices, descriptions, and product availability are available in this website's relevant sections and are subject to change without notice. Although products are displayed on this website with the greatest possible technical care, representations of any kind (including graphic representations, images, colours, and sounds) are for reference purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of the characteristics of the product purchased. The characteristics of the selected product will be explained during the purchase process.
Purchase process
All steps, from selecting a product to placing an order, are part of the purchase process. The purchase process comprises the following steps:
• The user selects the desired product from the range and checks their product selection.
• After checking the product selection details, the user can place the order by submitting it to the provider.
Placing the order
When the user places an order, the following applies:
• The contract is concluded when the order is placed. Placing the order, therefore, obliges the user to pay the purchase price, taxes, and any other fees and expenses using the information on the order page.
• If information is required from the user, such as personal information or data, specifications or special requests, placing the order constitutes an obligation on the part of the user to provide the relevant information.
• After placing the order, users will receive a confirmation of receipt. All notifications relating to the purchase process described above will be sent to the email address provided by the user for this purpose.

Users will be informed of all fees, taxes, and costs (including any shipping costs) they are required to pay during the purchase process and before placing the order. Prices are displayed on this website as follows:
• either exclusive of or inclusive of all applicable fees, taxes, and costs, depending on which section the user is currently in.
Payment
Information about the accepted payment methods is provided during the purchase process. Some payment methods may only be available subject to additional terms and conditions or fees. In such cases, you will find the relevant information in the appropriate section of the service (this website). All payments are processed by third-party providers. Therefore, this website does not collect any payment information, such as credit card details, but only receives a notification when the payment has been successfully completed. The user can read the privacy policy of this website to learn more about data processing and their rights regarding their data. If payment fails using the available methods or is rejected by the payment service provider, the provider is not obligated to fulfil the order. If a payment fails or is rejected, the provider reserves the right to claim all associated costs or damages from the user.
Authorisation for future PayPal payments
If users authorise the PayPal feature that enables future purchases, this website will store an identification code linked to the user's PayPal account. This entitles this website to automatically process payments for future purchases or recurring instalments of past purchases. This authorisation can be revoked at any time, either by contacting the provider or changing the user settings in PayPal.
Maintenance of rights of use
Users do not acquire any rights of use to the purchased product until the provider has received payment of the entire purchase price.
Delivery
Provision of services: The purchased service must be provided or made available within the period specified on this website or as communicated before placing the order.
Contract term
Trial
Users have the option of testing this website or selected products free of charge during a limited and non-renewable trial period. This website may not make some features available to users during the trial period. Further conditions applicable to the trial period, including its duration, are provided on this website. The trial period will automatically convert to the corresponding paid product unless the user cancels before the end of the trial period.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions allow users to receive a product continuously or regularly over a specified period of time. Details regarding the type of subscription and cancellation are set forth below.
Fixed-term subscriptions
Paid fixed-term subscriptions begin on the day the provider receives the payment and have the term selected by the user or specified at the time of order. After the subscription term expires, the product is no longer accessible.
Automatic renewal of fixed-term subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically renewed using the payment method selected by the user at the time of purchase. The renewed subscription is for the same term as the original subscription. The user will receive a reminder of the upcoming renewal with reasonable notice. This includes instructions on how to turn off automatic renewal.
Termination
Subscriptions can be terminated by sending the provider a clear and unambiguous notice of termination. To do so, users must use the contact details provided in this document or, if possible, the corresponding controls provided on this website. If the provider receives the notice of termination before the subscription is renewed, the termination shall take effect at the end of the current term.
Exception for consumers residing in Germany
Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, the following applies if the user is a resident of Germany and qualifies as a consumer: After the initial term expires, the subscription is automatically renewed for an indefinite period unless the user cancels before the end of this term. The fee due upon renewal will be charged via the payment method selected by the user at the time of purchase. After renewal, the subscription runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Cancellation
Renewed subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by sending the provider a clear and unambiguous notice of cancellation. To do so, users must use the contact details provided in this document or, if possible, the corresponding controls provided on this website. If the provider receives the notice of cancellation by the end of the current month, the subscription will expire at the end of that month.
User rights
Right of withdrawal
Unless there are exceptions, the user may withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (usually 14 days) without giving any reason. In this section, users can learn more about withdrawal conditions.
Who is entitled to withdraw
Under EU law, European consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online (distance contracts). You may withdraw from the contract within the period applicable to your case for any reason and without justification. This right of withdrawal applies unless exceptions are listed below. The rights set out in this section do not apply to users who are not acting as European consumers. The consumer is only liable to the seller for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary to familiarise themselves with the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the user must send the provider an unambiguous statement indicating their decision to withdraw. For this purpose, users may use the model withdrawal form provided in this document's "Definitions" section. However, users are free to express their decision to withdraw by means of any other unequivocal statement. To comply with the deadline for exercising this right, the user must send the withdrawal notice before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
When does the withdrawal period expire?
• When purchasing a service, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after the conclusion of the contract unless the user has waived the right of withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal
Users who withdraw from a contract by the terms and conditions will be refunded all payments made to the provider, including delivery costs, if applicable. However, the provider is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if the user has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the provider. The refund shall be made immediately but no later than 14 days after the day on which the provider is informed of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract. The provider shall refund the user using the same means of payment that the user used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with the user. In any case, the user shall not incur any costs or fees as a result of the refund.
...for service contracts
Suppose a user exercises their right of withdrawal after requesting the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In that case, they shall pay the provider an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided. This amount shall be calculated on the basis of the contractually agreed total price and shall correspond proportionally to what has been provided up to the time of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the contractually agreed services.
Statutory warranty of conformity for digital products under EU law
Under EU law, traders guarantee the conformity of digital products they make available to consumers for a period of at least 2 years from delivery or, in the case of digital products supplied over a period of more than 2 years, for the entire delivery period. If users are considered European consumers, the statutory warranty of conformity applies to the digital products available on this website in accordance with the laws of the country in which they have their habitual residence. The national laws of such a country may grant users further rights.
Liability and indemnification
Unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed with the users, the provider's liability for damages in connection with the performance of the contract is excluded, limited, and/or restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the provider and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, and employees from any claims or demands by third parties, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions, third-party rights or legal provisions in connection with the use of the service by the user or their agents, officers, directors, representatives, co-branders, partners, and employees. The foregoing shall also apply to all claims asserted by third parties (including, but not limited to, the clients or customers of the owner) against the owner in connection with the digital products provided by the user, such as claims for defects.
Limitation of liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise and without prejudice to the applicable statutory provisions, users have no right to compensation from the provider (or a natural or legal person acting on its behalf). This does not apply to damage to life, health, or physical integrity, as well as damage resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations, such as an obligation that is essential for achieving the purpose of the contract, and/or damage resulting from intent or gross negligence, provided that this website was used properly and correctly by the user. Unless damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence or affects life, health, or physical integrity, the provider shall only be liable for typical and foreseeable damage at the time the contract was concluded.

Any advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the user from the provider or through the service does not constitute any guarantee unless expressly stated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees do not warrant that the content is reliable, accurate, or correct; that the service will meet the expectations of the user; that the service will be available at any particular time or location or that it will be uninterrupted or reliable; that all defects or errors will be corrected; or that the service will be free of viruses or other harmful components. All content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the user's own risk. Users are solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or mobile device or any data loss resulting from such download or use of the service. The provider does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for products or services advertised or offered by third parties through the service or through a website or service linked to a hyperlink, nor does it endorse such products or services. The provider does not mediate or monitor transactions between users and third-party providers of products or services. The service may become inaccessible or may no longer function properly with the user's web browser, mobile device, and/or operating system. The provider cannot be held liable for any perceived or actual damage resulting from this service's content, operation, or use. Federal law, some states, and other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties. The above exclusions may not apply to users. This agreement gives users certain rights, while they may have additional rights under their jurisdiction. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in this agreement are void to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
• To the extent permitted by law, the provider and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees shall not be liable for
• any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses incurred in connection with the service or its unavailability; and
• any damages and losses resulting from hacking, manipulation or other unauthorised access or use of the service or the user account, as well as the information contained therein;
• any content errors, mistakes or inaccuracies;
• personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from the user's access to or use of the service;
• any unauthorised access to the provider's backup servers and/or the personal information stored therein;
• any interruption or discontinuation of transmission to or through the service;
• any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar items that may be transmitted to or through the service;
• any errors or omissions in the content or for any loss or damage arising from the use of content published, sent by email, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service; and/or
• the defamatory, offensive or illegal behaviour of a user or a third party. Any liability of the provider, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees for any claims, income, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to the provider under this agreement in the previous 12 months or, if less, over the entire term of this agreement between the provider and the user. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis, even if the user has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to the user. These Terms and Conditions grant the user certain rights, while the user may have additional rights under applicable law. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Terms and Conditions are void to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the provider and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all claims or demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses, arising out of
• the user's access to and use of the service, including all data or content transmitted or received by the user;
• the user's breach of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, the user's breach of any of the representations and warranties contained in these Terms and Conditions;

• the violation of legal provisions by the user or its affiliated companies, officers, directors, representatives, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Common provisions
No waiver
If the provider fails to assert a right under these Terms and Conditions or to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
Service interruption
To ensure the best possible service, the provider reserves the right to interrupt the service for maintenance, system updates, or other changes. It will inform users accordingly. Within the scope of the statutory provisions, the provider may also suspend or terminate the service entirely. In the event of discontinuation of the service, the provider will allow users to secure personal data or information per applicable law and take into account any claims of users for continued use and/or compensation that may exist under applicable law. Furthermore, the service may be unavailable for reasons beyond the provider's control (so-called "force majeure" reasons), such as infrastructure failures or power outages.
Resale
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit this website and the service in any way without the express prior written permission of the provider, granted either directly or through a legitimate reseller programme.
Privacy
To learn more about using their personal data, users may consult the service's privacy policy (this website).
Intellectual Property
Without prejudice to more specific provisions in these Terms, all intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and design rights in connection with the service (this website), are the exclusive property of the provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable law or international treaties relating to intellectual property. All trademarks, names, or logos—and all other trademarks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos—that appear in connection with the service (this website) are and remain the exclusive property of the provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable law or international treaties relating to intellectual property.
Changes to these Terms
The provider reserves the right to change or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In this case, the provider will inform the user of these changes in an appropriate manner. Such changes shall only apply to the contractual relationship from when they are communicated to the user. The user accepts the amended terms and conditions by continuing to use the service. If users do not wish to be bound by the changes, they must discontinue the use of the service and may terminate the contract. If the revised terms and conditions are not accepted, either party may terminate the contract. The previous version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of acceptance by the user shall apply to the relationship prior to the acceptance of the changes. The user can obtain any previous version of the terms and conditions from the provider. If required by law, the provider will inform users in advance of the effective date of the amended terms and conditions.
Assignment
The provider reserves the right, taking into account the legitimate interests of the user, to transfer, assign, replace by novation, or pass on all rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions. The provisions on changes to the Terms and Conditions apply accordingly. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions in any way without the provider's written consent.
Contact
All communications relating to the use of the service (this website) must be sent to the contact details provided in this document.
Severability
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
US users
Any such invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be interpreted and amended to be valid, enforceable, and consistent with the original intent. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between users and the provider concerning the subject matter of the contract and supersede all prior communications between the parties concerning the same subject matter, including any prior agreements. These Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
EU users
Suppose any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or deemed invalid, or is invalid or deemed invalid. In that case, the parties shall use their best efforts to agree on valid and enforceable provisions in an amicable manner to replace the invalid, invalid, or unenforceable parts. Otherwise, the applicable statutory provisions shall replace the invalid, void, or unenforceable provisions, provided that this is permissible or required by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the invalidity, nullity or unenforceability of individual provisions of these GTC shall not render the entire agreement invalid unless such provisions are essential to the contract or are of such importance that the parties would not have entered into the contract had they been aware of the invalidity of the provision. If the remaining provisions would result in unreasonable hardship for one of the parties, the invalidity of the individual provision shall result in the invalidity of the entire agreement.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the place where the provider is based, with the exception of conflict of law provisions. Users can find the location of the provider's registered office in the relevant section of this document.
Precedence of national law
However, if the law of the country where the user is located provides for a higher standard of consumer protection, that higher standard shall apply.
Exception for consumers in Switzerland
Swiss law shall apply if the user is classified as a consumer in Switzerland.
Place of jurisdiction The courts of the place where the provider is based – as indicated in this document – shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
Exception for European consumers
This does not apply to users who are European consumers or to users in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland who are consumers.
Dispute resolution
Amicable dispute resolution
Users may refer all disputes to the provider, who will attempt to resolve them amicably. The user's right to take legal action remains unaffected. However, in the event of disputes regarding the use of the service (this website) or the service, the user is requested to contact the provider using the contact details provided in this document. The user may send the complaint, including a brief description and, if applicable, the relevant order, purchase, or account details, to the provider's email address specified in this document. The provider will process the request immediately within 5 days of receipt.
Online dispute resolution for consumers
The European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolution, which offers an out-of-court procedure for resolving disputes relating to online contracts with consumers. As a result, consumers in the EU, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein can use this platform to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded online. The platform can be accessed at the following link.
